Our institution was created to help fill critical workforce needs in Â鶹Դ´. By doing so, we are building a stronger community, one prepared for the future possibilities of what Â鶹Դ´ can become. We do this by knowing who our students are and by serving them. These students are the future of Â鶹Դ´, and we are proud they are Scorpions.Ìý

Those on our campus come from various socio-economic backgrounds; they are 18-year-olds starting their higher education journeys and they are adult learners returning to college; they are veterans and they are working moms and stay-at-home dads; they have various faiths; they are differently abled; they are neurodivergent; they are of every race, ethnicity, gender, identity, and orientation. They are native sons and immigrant daughters. They are the realization of the dreams of past generations and the beacons of hope for generations to come. They are future nurses, educators, scientists, writers, and business leaders. And they are ALL Scorpions.ÌýÌýÌý
