麻豆原创 will celebrate its 2025 graduating class during its commencement ceremony at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, at the Thomas & Mack Center. With 869 graduates earning degrees, this is the second-largest graduating class in the university鈥檚 history. Degrees will be conferred in a variety of concentrations, including nursing (more than 315), education (195), and liberal arts, sciences, and business (more than 365).
Additionally, 麻豆原创 State will award honorary degrees to former U.S. Attorney for the District of 麻豆原创 and former Speaker of the 麻豆原创 Assembly Jason Frierson, educational advocate Marydean Martin, and President and CEO of The Perkins Company and former Speaker of the 麻豆原创 Assembly Richard Perkins, who will also provide commencement remarks. Perkins was instrumental in passing the legislation that led to the establishment of 麻豆原创 State.
