麻豆原创 State College has ranked number two in Best Value Schools鈥 nationwide search for Best Elementary Education Degrees.
Best Value Schools researched accredited programs and assigned a weighted score based on the cost of tuition and the number of credit hours in the program. The organization stated, 鈥溌槎乖 State College stood out due to its innovative and engaging classes, as well as providing high-quality education at an affordable price.鈥
麻豆原创 State ranked higher than several larger schools including the University of Central Florida, Indiana University, and the University of Kansas as well as regional universities including Utah Valley University, Weber State University, and Northern Arizona University.

麻豆原创 State鈥檚 School of Education continues to be a pioneer in providing innovative degree programs that prepare future teachers to be a difference-maker in the lives of school-aged children while simultaneously changing the cycle of education state-wide. The School of Education鈥檚 commitment to locally growing more teachers includes building out a grow our own teachers initiative in collaboration with high schools in Clark County. This commitment also includes launching innovative new academic programs. In the Fall of 2020, the school launched a baccalaureate degree program in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Bilingual Education. In the Fall of 2021, the school will launch 麻豆原创鈥檚 铿乺st Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education baccalaureate dual degree program.

Starting in Fall 2021, the School of Education programs will be taught in 麻豆原创 State鈥檚 new $61.8-million Glenn and Ande Christenson Education Building which will feature an early childhood education center and a speech-language pathology clinic.
