• All prior college/university official transcripts must be submitted
• Admissions processing starts when all official transcripts have been received
• Immunization records are required after admission – not before

�鶹ԭ�� needs to receive official copies of all coursework completed at any previously attended institution.

�鶹ԭ�� State accepts official transcripts via two methods – paper or electronic.

• Please contact your previous institution to see exactly how to request an electronic transcript.
• �鶹ԭ�� State currently accepts official electronic transcripts via , , Scriborder, and . Please check with your school’s registrar’s office to see if they use one of these electronic services.

  If your school only provides transcripts through and the drop-down menu option is admission@nevadastate.edu��your transcript will be considered “Official” and will be accepted.

  Admissions will not accept transcripts sent to �鶹ԭ�� State staff email addresses or electronic third-party services outside of those listed above. Transcripts will be considered official only when sent directly from the institution.

Transcripts submitted to �鶹ԭ�� State become the property of �鶹ԭ�� State and will not be released to students, other colleges, or agencies. Please plan to request a personal copy from your former college or university if you need one for your own records.

Are you a United States citizen or Permanent resident, and have a college education from abroad? Those may be used towards completion of your degree at �鶹ԭ��.

Please note: �鶹ԭ�� State is currently not issuing I-20 for F-1 Visa purposes. If you require an I-20, please do not submit an application.

To complete your journey to becoming a �鶹ԭ�� State Scorpion, we ask that you complete the following steps.

• Send your official documents to an evaluating agency
• Applicants who completed coursework at a non-U.S. or a non-English speaking college or university must have their documents evaluated course-by-course and translated in English.
• Pay any required fees and have the official evaluation sent to �鶹ԭ�� State.

If you have any issues with finding an evaluating agency, we do not specifically endorse any, but here are a few suggestions that may help you get started.
